I used pastels to color the bird.The leaves and berries are quilled. For border I used pearl color and 3d cone.

The flowers are made from duplex paper.The leaves are made from chart paper.The flower center is thermocol. The is made from empty box. I covered the box with varnish paper. Then painted with sponge dipped in paint.

The flower and leaves are made from chart paper.The vase is made from rolled chart paper.Then I covered the vase with canvas cloth.

I used chart paper to make carnation flowers.I covered bottle cap with wool. For garden base I used thermocol.

For rock I used  stones from a aquarium .For grass I used dry grass.

For moss rock I covered big bead with green wool cut into tiny bits.

For butterfly I used acetate sheet.Used acrylic  colors.

I stick a Disney Princess sticker in between the flowers.

Book Box Card

I got inspiration to make book box card from http://beccysplace.blogspot.com.au/2012/03/technique-class-book-box-card.html.
I used C - Chart paper, Color pens, L- Layers, Leaves, P- Pearls.

I used double side gum tape to stick the flowers to the folds of the frame .I have also used acetate sheet to cover the window.

How to make butterflies from magazine paper

This is my first tutorial.
Make paper butterflies from old magazine papers.I got inspiration from youtube video - how to make paper butterflies?

Materials needed:

Old magazine papers
beads for butterfly body
Scissors
Strips of black paper for antennae


Cut a square and circle pieces from magazine paper as shown in above photo.
Fold square piece like fan fold (small folds)

Also fold circle piece like fan fold as shown in above photo.


Fold the square piece in center like in photo below
Also fold circle piece in center like the square piece.

Apply glue on the center of square and circle pieces.

Cut a thin strip of black paper for antennae.

Fold the strip in center

Shape the strip as shown in the photo below.Insert the strip in the hole in the bead apply glue.

Stick the square and circle pieces together.

In the middle attach the body.

This is made from chart paper.

You can decorate butterfly with glitters, pearls you can use black beads for body.

Quilled frame

The White flowers are fringe flowers and red flowers are made by husking.The flower vase is tear drop shape.
