Mixed media art April Showers

April showers reminds me of my school days where I used to make paper boats.
I glued down old paper from book then coated with Mod podge. I used blue and green  water color for background. I used marker pen , faber castell connector pens to color the children.Then for puddle I used blue ,grey and white acrylic colors .To decorate umbrella I used 3d outliner.To make rain drops I used black marker pen and white acrylic paint.

 I used chart paper to make explosion box card, the flowers and candles are quilled.

I glue down crushed tissue paper for background. Then applied Mod podge. Then for bird and flower I used chart paper and outlined with color pencil then for stencil used acrylic paint and sketch pen.

Altered Cereal box into Shadow box

Altered Cereal box

I used cereal box to make this shadow box.

I covered the box with chart paper

For tree the I used chart paper then colored using fabric paint

To create background for sky I used bue chart paper

I used cardstock to make birds ,for flowers I used sequence and sugar bead for flower centre
For grass I used chart paper.

I used double side gum tape to fix birds, bird house and fence.
